In practice, I operate as a fractional marketing partner or embedded marketing operator, working side by side with founders and teams while keeping business goals, constraints, and stage front and center. For fast-moving startups, this often includes helping teams adopt AI tools that reduce manual work and create space for better strategic decision-making.
